About Us

    4 CORNERS BISTRO is 4 different concepts, introducing a new world of breakfast items, gourmet deli sandwiches, healthy flavorful meals, and desserts that you can only experience at 4 CORNERS BISTRO. Most of the menu items are signature - they were customized only for this company, are unique in their ingredients and will not be replicated elsewhere. Fried foods, pork products and lard/sweet-tex are not used in any of the menu items (unless specifically requested).

    We have created a wide assortment of all inclusive lunch and dinner specials, however if you find your needs are not met we can customize a menu to your desire; as we develop expansions and additions our in progress. Customer service is just important to me as the food that is catered. I appreciate your business, concerns and suggestions.

    All catered events will include necessary service ware and condiments. Please be aware some service ware is disposable and some items are not disposable which require an additional charge/deposit and must be returned in a sanitary state. The offered menu items are available for set-up or delivery only, at this time. Ala Carte dessert orders require a 48 hour notice. Catering requires a 5 day work week notice in writing (any earlier notice is greatly appreciated) and requires a 30% non refundable deposit for a private function or a check payable in full upon service for business or corporate functions, unless other arrangements are made. Inquiring by phone, requesting a quote or a menu does not reserve your event date. Please keep in mind if you do not submit a deposit your event date is not guaranteed.
